It’s wonderful to share good news and the result of the Aged Care Accreditation is indeed good news. Accreditation is an important process requiring health and aged care providers to meet a number of indicators to make sure we provide a quality and safe service. The surveyors look at systems and processes that guide how we provide care to our residents and patients The re-accreditation audit was held the 23-24 of May with two surveyors in attendance. The surveyors recommended to the Aged Care Quality Standards Agency compliance of 44 expected outcomes. TMHS received formal correspondence from the Aged Care Quality Standards Agency confirming reaccreditation for another 3 year period.
We are celebrating with our Residents, Relatives and staff this wonderful achievement. Congratulations to everyone who has shown such commitment to providing a great service and being the best we can be with high quality resident centred care.
